Move Kids Physio (Tiny, Maestro & Toddler Moves) Infant/Toddler Programmes Terms and Conditions

Membership

Any clients (infants, children) who have a history of prematurity, diagnosed congenital, neurological, cardiac, genetic and/or developmental condition, their parent/guardian should discuss their condition with the lead Paediatric Physiotherapist (Deirdre O’ Donoghue) about their suitability for the classes/workshops before proceeding.

All applicants (parent/guardian of child) for this programme/workshop must provide consent, in written form, for their infant to participate. 

You confirm that you and your child are able to take part in our classes/workshops. By placing an order or attending a class/workshop you agree that both you and any child under your care or supervision are able to take part in our classes/workshops or any other Services which you order from us, and that it would not be harmful to either your or your child’s health, safety, comfort or physical condition to do so. Please note, we will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage suffered where you do not tell us about a medical condition, or you or the child do an activity which you are aware (or should have been aware) would, or might be, detrimental to you or the child.

The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the company and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants parents/guardians release the company, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. 

If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

Intellectual Property Rights Belong to Us

All intellectual property rights in our Classes/workshops or any other Services, including any materials provided to you in our provision of the same belongs to us or our third party licensors. Unless otherwise permitted by these terms, you must not permit any other person to use or benefit from any materials or information provided to you in the course of us providing you with our Services.

Photography and media use

Parents are welcome to take photos and videos of their child throughout any of our Classes/workshops, and to share these on social media or with their friends and family. However, this is at the sole discretion of the Class/workshop Leader, who may withdraw this right at any time where a parent is acting unreasonably (for example, preventing or delaying us providing the Class/workshop taking excessive amounts of photos, videoing whole segments of our Classes/workshops, or taking photos or videos of other children without their parent’s permission).

 Registration and Purchase

To register or purchase from the Move Kids Physio Tiny Moves, Maestro Moves, Toddler Moves Programmes online booking system, you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Purchase

·       Classes/workshops must be booked and purchased online via www.movekidsphysio.com/classes  

·       Classes/workshops must be booked as a package and must be prepaid via www.movekidsphysio.com/classes  

·       Booking must take place before the programme/workshop starts. 

·       All sessions are booked on a first come first serve basis, subject to availability. We will always do our best to ensure spaces are available. We have a waiting list for full classes/workshops.

·       Sessions must always be used by the same person, the may not be transferred or given to anyone else.

·       Packages start from the time of purchase unless you select otherwise on booking. 

·       Programme/workshop fees may be changed by Move Kids Physio at any time. A 14 day notice period will be given if prices change.

·       Classes last for 45 minutes in total. Workshops last 90 minutes. Private one to one sessions are also available.

·       Private sessions must be booked by calling Move Kids Physio on +447485101665 from NI/UK.  Private sessions cannot be booked via the Move Kids Physio website.

·       Gift vouchers are available upon request.

Class/Workshop Opening Times

Move Kids Physio will publish all class/workshop session times on the website. The class/workshop schedule may vary from time to time e.g. over Christmas and New Year.

Online Accounts

In order to book Tiny Moves, Maestro Moves, Toddler Moves Programmes you need to access the link on the website to access Move Kids Physio Online powered by Nookal/Stripe, secure online booking and payment systems.

You agree to never use another person’s account without permission or provide inaccurate information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

By supplying an email address to Move Kids Physio you consent to receiving email communications from us. Move Kids Physio will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communication with a member by email.

Tiny Moves & Maestro Moves & Toddler Moves Rules and Regulations

All sessions are non-transferrable and in the event of non-attendance non-refundable unless proper advanced notice is provided prior to the start of the programme (at least 48 hours notice).

Members must not be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol during any sessions.

Members are required to follow the instructions of the lead Physiotherapist (Deirdre O’ Donoghue) at all times

and may not vary from instructed exercises unless advised to do so.

All members must report any injuries or change in medical conditions before the sessions start.

You and your child use our Services at your own risk. 

You and any child for which you are responsible use our Services and attend our Classes/workshops at your own risk and you are responsible for supervising any child in your care at all times (including during Classes/workshops). As long as we have provided the Services with reasonable skill and care, we will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or injury suffered by you or a child for whom you are responsible as a consequence of you not following our instructions during the provision of our Classes/workshops or Services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tiny Moves & Maestro Moves & Toddler Moves Cancellations – we ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged as if attended. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended. Cancellations can be made with more than 48 hours’ notice via email to movekidsphysio@outlook.com. It is the attendee’s responsibility to do this.

Privacy Policy

Move Kids Physio respects you and your child's privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of you and your child's personal information. All personal information you share with us is maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (2000). References to Move Kids Physio may include its affiliates, depending on the context. For questions regarding our privacy policy please contact movekidsphysio@outlook.com.

Legal Obligation of Information Release

In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary that we disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable to protect Move Kids Physio’s interests.

Use of your information

Move Kids Physio obtains most of our information through the client’s parent/guardian reading and accepting all of our terms and conditions. Use of your child’s personal information for any purpose other than those outlined or the release of such information by parties outside of Move Kids Physio or its affiliates will take place only under the following circumstances:

(a) We will disclose your child’s personal information when you have given consent.

Under no circumstances do we sell participant or personal information to others. Please note that we will not share health information that may have been provided in connection with a programme, programme withdrawal or request for refund. With your consent, we may use certain information to provide you with information about Move Kids Physio and its affiliates and programming. This consent is optional and you can decide to withdraw it at any time. Information collected by Move Kids Physio about its users is used internally by authorized employees of Move Kids Physio for following reasons: To process payment, register you in the programme of your choice, update you when required of any possible changes of the planned services at Move Kids Physio, determination of those areas, features, and services that are valued the most and found most helpful. Also, we collect information to determine the appropriate participation in the activities and services provided at Move Kids Physio and on our site.

Securing Your Information

The Move Kids Physio website uses sophisticated security and safeguard measures to protect users' information. One such measure is our use of secure GDPR compliant booking system, Nookal, and server software (SSL), to ensure that your personal information and credit card will be protected against fraudulent use while on our site.
